"But if you're asking my opinion, I would argue that a social justice approach should be central to medicine and utilized to be central to public health. This could be very simple: the well should take care of the sick."
Dr. Paul Farmer, Medical anthropologist, infectious disease specialist, and founder of Partners in Health
I'm on a mission to help shape the world around us:
I am a professional who is eager to engage in collaborative efforts to make the world around us a better place to live, work, and grow. Whether I am planning or providing services that improve public health or presenting or mitigating issues of culture and disparities. I do so thinking about how social justice and health and wellness are intertwined. Throughout my career I have found myself working on these crossroads. I am positioned to continue the journey with others who share my passions to promote inquiry, think inclusively, lead strategically, and take action that positively impacts our community.
